John Michael Jones

John Michael Jones of Halifax passed away at his home on Monday, November 21, 2022 at the age of 56. He was born in Woodbridge, Virginia on April 30, 1966 to Robert Jones, Jr and Nancy Montgomery Jones.

John was a member of the Phoenix Motorcycle Club and they were his second family. He loved motorcycles, cars and hot rods. His sons have many fond memories from spending time with him at the garage while he worked. John was employed as a truck driver with F L Moore Trucking Company.

He is survived by his special angel, Sharon Davis; sons, John Jones, Jr (April Faircloth), Andrew Jones and Casey Jones (Samantha Blackwell); grandchildren, Orion Breitenstine, Viktor Faircloth, Luna Jones and Leliana Holcomb; brother, Steve Jones (Mary Ann); his first wife, Laura Mitchell Jones; special cousin, Katherine Lewis Grimmett; beloved dogs & companions, Daisy and Jackson; and best friend & club member, Jason "Jawz" Brown. He was preceded in death by a brother, David Wayne Jones.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
