John Wesley Morningstar, Iii

John Wesley Morningstar, III, 66, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012 at his home. He was born December 14, 1945 to John Wesley Morningstar, Jr. and the late Annie Ratliff Morningstar. A retired Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology, Wesley was a beekeeper, loved gardening, and was treasurer and active member of the Bonzai Society. Graveside funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Thursday at Gravel Hill Cemetery with the Reverend Jim McAlister and Martha M. Harrington officiating. In addition to his father, Wesley is survived by his sons, John W. Morningstar, IV, George Morningstar, and Alex Morningstar, all of Rochester, NY. His brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles E. and Donna Morningstar and Willard Jerry and Arlene Morningstar; cousin, Kenneth Morningstar, all of Buffalo Junction; and nieces and nephews also survive.
