John T. Turner

John T. Turner of Virgilina passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025 in Indiana, home of his daughter.  He was born on May 19, 1931 and was 93 at the time of his passing.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Shady Grove UMC Cemetery.

The family requests in lieu of flowers to consider a memorial to Shady Grove UMC Cemetery or Building Fund, 4129 E. Hyco Road, South Boston, VA 24592 or to Martinsville Baptist Tabernacle, 2189 Burton Ln, Martinsville, IN 46151.
