Joseph Calvin Mccluster

Chase City, VA Mr. Joseph Calvin McCluster of Chase City, VA passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at the age of 63. He was born on June 18, 1956 the son of the late Patrick Edward “Bill” McCluster and the late Mary Frances Cassada McCluster. Joseph was a good carpenter who worked side by side for with his brother Dean for 40 years. He held a special place in his heart for all of his nieces and nephews Mr. McCluster is survived by his brothers, Dean McCluster and wife, Marilyn of Chase City and Ronnie McCluster and wife, Shelia of Gretna; nephews, Lucas McCluster and Allen Cooper; nieces, Sharon Waters, Jessica McCluster, Laura Finney, and Kelsey McCluster; several great nieces and nephews; and furry friend, Ready McCluster. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Eddie Bill McCluster, Jackie McCluster, and Michael “Pat” McCluster, and a nephew, Lafe McCluster. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 21 at 3:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church.
