Joyce Fennessy Thompson

Mrs. Joyce Fennessy Thompson, 84, widow of Stephen Vandrille Thompson, died Sunday, January 8, 2012 at her home. Joyce was born December 23, 1927 in Skiport, England. She was a faithful member of Jamieson Memorial United Methodist Church and the Elizabeth Crowder Circle. Interment will be 10AM Wednesday at Oakhurst Cemetery with a memorial service to follow at 11 AM at Jamieson Memorial United Methodist Church. The Reverend Dale Gillis will officiate. Mrs. Thompson is survived by her son Christopher Edward Thompson. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Mark Thompson. The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service.
