Judy Anne Cahoon

Manson, NC - Judy Anne Cahoon, age 65, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 2, 2019. She was born in Portsmouth, Virginia on October 17, 1953 to James Frederick and Rachel Rowley Hanenkrat. Judy is survived by her husband, Tommy Eugene Winn; daughters Kelly Cahoon Vosquez and Carrie Leigh Cahoon of Portsmouth; grandchildren Lauren, Christian and Cayden and a great grandson Carter.
