Keith Turner Satterfield

Mr. Keith Turner Satterfield of 1012 Piney Grove Rd., Alton, VA died Sunday, December 23, 2012 at the age of 90. He was born in Halifax County, VA on September 7, 1922 to the late Samuel Elam Satterfield and the late Sallie Fannie Carter Satterfield. He was a member of Olive Branch United Methodist Church, and was a retired textile worker with J P Stevens, and a retired farmer. Survivors include one sister, Sallie Satterfield Carter, and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister, Myrtle Lee Satterfield and one brother, Wilson Satterfield. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Olive Branch United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Bob Woodfin and Rev. Dan Ward conducting the services. The family will receive friends briefly, following the service.
