Lester Franklin Jordan

Lester Franklin Jordan, 66, widower of Zennie Garrett Jordan, passed away Monday, November 21, 2011 at Halifax Regional Hospital. Lester was born April 10, 1945 to the late Albert Lee and Mary Crowe Jordan. He was retired from Burlington Industries. Graveside services will be 11 AM Tuesday at Union Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Chris Sorenson officiating. Lester is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Angela and J.W. Sanders and Chrystal and Richard J. Garrison, of Clarksville. Grandchildren, Hannah and Noelle, and sister, Cindy Davis of Farmville, also survive. The family will receive friends Tuesday morning from 9-10:30am at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home.
