Linda Saunders Medley

Linda Saunders Medley of Forest, VA passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at the age of 74. Linda was born in Halifax County on December 16, 1947 to the late Elwood and Eva Ambrose Saunders.

Linda was formerly employed at Centra Health. She loved her family and was an avid fan of the New York Mets.

Surviving Linda is her brother, Francis "Tootie" Saunders; a sister-in-law, Betty Saunders; nephews, Jeff Saunders and Craig Saunders (Lynn); great nephews, Casey Saunders (Erika) and Will Saunders; and her dear friends, Lesley Davis (Gene) and their children, Michael and Eric Davis, and Gayle Medley and her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Carl Saunders and a nephew, Tim Saunders.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Brooks Lyon Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 12, one hour prior to the service, 1 - 2:00 PM at Brooks Lyon Funeral Home.
