Lucille Sizemore Byrne

Mrs. Lucille Sizemore Byrne, 81, widow of James Joseph Byrne died Monday, November 29, 2004 in South Boston. Born in Mecklenburg County to the late James Robert and Donnie Huff Sizemore, Lucille graduated from the University of Virginia with a Masters Degree in Education and then obtained her B.S. from Radford College. Living and working in Arlington for over 40 years, she taught school for 42 years, retiring in 1990. Her efforts were with the first graders. Graveside services will be 2PM Wednesday at Oakhurst Cemetery with Martha Harrington officiating. Lucille is survived by her sister, Panthea Woody of Clarksville and numerous nieces and nephews.
