Macie Pulliam Roberts

SOUTH BOSTON Mrs. Macie Pulliam Roberts, widow of Jesse Roger Roberts, Sr., passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021. Born in Danville, VA on April 21, 1943, she was the daughter of James Andrew Pulliam and Macie Moore Pulliam. Macie was retired from JP Stevens. She loved flowers and her beloved cat, Wimpy. She is survived by a son, Jesse Roberts, Jr and wife, Tammy; grandchildren, Andrew Roberts and Sarah Grace Roberts; sister, Nellie P. Keaton; niece, Angela Davis; nephew, Thomas Keaton and wife Amanda; and great nephew and niece, Eli and Amelia. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at North Fork Baptist Church with Reverend Doug Ballew officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service 1-2:00 PM at North Fork Baptist Church. The family requests those wishing to give memorials please consider a charity of your choice.
