Margaret Pulliam Mckinney

Mrs. Margaret Pulliam McKinney of 125 Frank Fox Rd., Roxboro, NC died Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the age of 87. She was born in Halifax Co., VA on December 30, 1924 to the late Arthur Lewis Pulliam and the late Maggie Simmons Pulliam and was married to the late Green Hill "Cowboy" McKinney. Mrs. McKinney was retired from Russell Stover Candies in Clarksville, VA. Survivors include one sister, Ruby Fox of Roxboro, NC; three sisters-in-law, Rosetta McKinney of Buffalo Junction, VA, Lila Maude Pulliam of Roxboro, NC and Mozelle Pulliam of Durham, NC and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents, six brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 22, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Brooks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dion Loving officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service, and at other times at the home of her sister, Ruby Fox,67 Frank Fox Rd., Roxboro, NC.
