Michael Scott Cabaniss

Michael Scott Cabaniss of Clover passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at the age of 39.  He was born in Halifax County on May 4, 1983 to Michael Duane Cabaniss and Penny Bomar Cabaniss.

Scott enjoyed fishing, the outdoors and anything working with his hands.  He always enjoyed spending time with his children.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by  his children, Preston Cabaniss and Karlee Cabaniss; sister, Morgan Terry and her children, Addison Terry & Hannah Terry; numerous nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Garnett & Camilla Bomar and Frank & Linda Cabaniss.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Clover Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the home of Morgan Terry, 1037 Mt. Laurel Road, Clover, VA.
