Nancy Anne Stewart

Miss Nancy Anne Stewart, age 65, of South Boston passed away on Monday, October 20, 2009. She was born in Halifax County on December 9, 1943. She was a retired clerical worker, a charter member of Southside Baptist Church, and a volunteer at Halifax Regional Hospital. Miss Stewart is survived by a brother, Terry Tuck and wife, Mary of South Boston; a nephew, Jonathan Tuck; and special friends, Carolyn Talbott, Hazel Whitt, and Eunice Clark. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hallie S. Stewart. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Black Walnut Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jack Stewart and Rev. Don Bryant officiating. The family will receive friends at Brooks Funeral Home Wednesday night from 7:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
