Naomi Beal Siler

South Boston, VA - Naomi Elizabeth Beal Siler, wife of Clyde Herschel Siler, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at the age of 81. She was born in Chatham County, NC, on November 18, 1938, to the late Robert and Hattie McLauren Beal. Naomi was a seamstress who loved to cook, quilt and tend her garden. She doted over her pets, especially her dog, Molly. Naomi will be remembered as a generous giving soul. She is survived by her husband, Herschel; daughter, Robin Deal (Mike) of Greensboro, NC; her two stepsons, Keith Siler and Chris Siler (Cathy);9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Also surviving are special friends, Rachel Long of Cluster Springs and Nola Cox of Alton. Naomi was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister. A private graveside service will be held at Oak Ridge Cemetery in South Boston on Saturday, May 30 with the Reverend Chris McGee officiating.
