Bullock, NC - Patricia Luffman Williamson, wife of Lloyd Williamson, went to her heavenly home on Monday, June 25, 2018 at the age of 72. She was born in Mecklenburg County, VA on September 14, 1945 to the late Jasper Newton and Frances Hayes Luffman. Patricia formerly worked as a lab technician at Burlington Industries and later in greenhouse sales. She had a gift of making anything grow and her flowers were her pride and joy. A lover of all living things, she was passionate about caring for others. She spent countless hours on cemetery upkeep at the graves of her friends and family. Patricia was a member of Union Chapel Baptist Church. Cherishing her memories are her husband, Lloyd; son and daughter-in-law, Kyle and Rhonda Williamson of Bullock, NC; a brother and sister-in-law, Tommy and Sue Luffman also of Bullock and her grandchildren, Michael Smith, Kyle Williamson, Jr. and Evan Williamson. Also surviving is an aunt, Mary Anne Strum, nieces Sheila Luffman and her son, Elijah Brakefield, Debbie Swinson and her husband, Ricky, Connie McMillan and her husband, Bill; nephew Stephen Luffman and his wife, Jenny and their children, Jasper, Amelia and Olivia and her faithful companion, “Daisy Bell”. In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by a son, Joshua Evan Williamson. The family will receive friends from 7 – 9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home, 703 Virginia Avenue, Clarksville, VA. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 28 at Union Chapel Baptist Church with the Reverends Jackie Wray and Chris Sorensen officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
