Patrick Clinton Mcclaugherty

Patrick Clinton “PC” McClaugherty, of Clarksville, VA, passed away on November 30, 2021, at the age of 51. Formerly of Chesterfield, VA, he was the son of Danny Lee McClaugherty and Carolyn Ferguson McClaugherty. PC was married to Virginia Martin McClaugherty. PC grew up in the Richmond area and moved to Clarksville in 2009, where he and Ginny were drawn to the lake. PC owned his own carpet cleaning and restoration business.He loved to fish and get out on his boat.He was the hardest worker his family had ever known. Without hesitation, he'd generously provide for anyone in need. PC could fix just about anything and had a great sense of humor.Above all, he was a great husband to Ginny and loved all of his children dearly. PC is survived by his wife, Virginia “Ginny” Martin McClaugherty, of Clarksville; daughter, Taylor Lee McClaugherty (Teagan Wiley) of Midlothian; son, Thane Cole McClaugherty (Erin) of Midlothian; daughter, Taylor Lindsey Golden of Raleigh, NC; and daughter, Natalie Jean McClaugherty of Clarksville.He is further survived by two granddaughters, Luraye Lee Wiley and Layna Nell Wiley; two brothers, Gregory Alan McClaugherty of Chesterfield, and Brian Keith McClaugherty also of Chesterfield; as well as nieces, Peyton McClaugherty and Heather McGee.PC is predeceased by his father, Danny Lee McClaugherty. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 5, 2021, at Clarksville Baptist Church with the Reverend Greg Randall officiating.A Visitation will be held at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home from 5:00 – 7:00 pm on Saturday, December 4, 2021.
