Patty Ray Chandler Patterson

COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VA.Patty Ray Chandler Patterson, 91, wife of the late Alford “Pat” Patterson, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014.She was born on February 24, 1923 in Nelson, VA to the late Dock Sanford Chandler and the late Etta Hessie Lou Hackney. Mrs. Patterson loved to garden, tend to her roses, sew and cook.Graveside services will be 2pm Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Hitesburg Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jane Lyon officiating. Mrs. Patterson is survived by her daughters, Nell Kvetko (James) of Chesterfield, VA, Rachelle Wright (Wallace) of Keysville, VA, and Tammy Spruill (Wayne) of Henderson, NC; three grandchildren, Jason Wright, Christopher Wright, and Emily Kvetko; four great grandchildren.Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews also survive. The family will receive friends from 1pm-2pm, Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home.
