Peggy Hudson Blackstock

CLOVER Mrs. Peggy Hudson Blackstock, wife of Henry Wilson Vaughan, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at the age of 70.She was born in Halifax County on June 4, 1949 to Mary Hamlett Hudson and the late Bobby Thomas Hudson. Peggy was a member of Hunting Creek Baptist Church and was retired from Williams Construction Company as an office administrator. In addition to her husband and her mother, she is survived by a son, Steve Riley Blackstock and wife, Holly Smith Blackstock of Clover; grandchildren, Tyler M. Blackstock, Tristin Blackstock and Bella Blackstock; siblings, Ricky Hudson and wife, Karen of South Boston, Marion Dixon and husband, Ronnie of Nathalie, Nancy Scheier of Clover, Robin Anderson and husband, Wayne of Halifax and Tina Glass and husband, Al of Nathalie; numerous nieces & nephews and a host of family members. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 19 at Hunting Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Sean McGuire officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the home, 6117 Newbill School Road, Clover.
