Richard Edward Gorby

Richard Edward "Dick" Gorby, 69, husband of Linda Whitehead Gorby, passed away Friday, September 6, 2013 at his home with his wife by his side. Mr. Gorby was born April 12, 1944 in Salem, OH to the late Sherman Richard and Velma Mahon Gorby. He was a retired Project Manager with Chrysler Stamping. In addition to his wife, Mr. Gorby is survived by his son, Kevin Gorby Jayne of Navarre, FL; daughters, Pam Gorby Seate Chris of Buffalo Junction, and Rebecca Gorby Macri Steve of Davidson, NC; and grandchildren, Jessica and Kyle Gorby, Alex, Connor, and Ryan Bregant, and Nicholas and Aaron Macri. His brothers, George Gorby Renee of Clarksville, Greg Gorby Nancy of East Palestine, OH and sisters, Jane Beebe Richard of Canton, OH, Karen King of East Palestine, OH and Cathy Ross Fran of Negley, OH also survive. The family will receive friends at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home from 7-9pm Monday, during which there will be a moment of remembrance.
