Robert Paul Stefko

Robert Paul Stefko, 70, husband of Shirley Richmond Stefko, died Wednesday, May 25, 2005 at Duke Medical Center. Born in Cleveland, OH and reared in Woodbridge, he was the son of the late John Paul and Josephine Agnes Gaba Stefko. Mr. Stefko served in the U.S. Army. A Master craftsman, Robert lived and worked as a Trim Carpenter in Woodbridge most of his live . Retiring and moving to Buffalo Junction in December, 1985, his love was cattle farming. A funeral mass will be said 11 AM Friday at St. Catherine?s Catholic Church by Father Silvio Kaberia and Deacon John Sadowski. Committal services will be 11 AM Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hoadley, VA. In addition to his wife, Mr. Stefko is also survived by daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Tom Callaway of Marshall; daughter-in-law, Rose Hearn of Stafford; grandchildren, Robert Paul Stefko, III; Christopher Allan Callaway, Michelle Johanna Stefko, Austin Joseph Stefko, and Ashley Dawn Callaway. Also surviving is his brother, John L. Stefko of Manassas. Mr. Stefko was pre-deceased by son, Robert Paul Stefko, II. The family will receive friends 7-9 PM Thursday at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home.
