Roger Clinton West

Roger Clinton West 99, husband of Olive Newton, passed away Monday, April 04, 2011 at Meadowview Terrace in Clarksville. He was born in Gatesville, Texas to the late Quarles and Lillie May West on March 13, 1912. Roger was retired from the U.S. Navy. Graveside funeral services will be 2PM Thursday, April 07, 2011 at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, CA. In addition to his wife, Roger is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph Goddbiff, James "Jimmy" and Linda West, Joe Elder and Ann West, and Pickett West; daughters and son-in-law Kay Fast, and Ann and Marvin Smith. Also surviving are a brother Victor West and his wife Lila, and a sister, Avanal. Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive. Mr. West was predeceased by a son Kelly West.
