Rommie Franklin Pulliam, Jr.

Mr. Rommie Franklin Pulliam, Jr., 51, husband of Patty Allen Pulliam, died September 22, 2004. He was a master furniture manufacturer at Howerton's Antique Reproduction. Rommie not only manufactured furniture, but he had a passion for it. He learned the craft at an early age by watching his father at work. Funeral services will be 2PM Saturday at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home with burial in Stovall Memorial Cemetery in Stovall, NC. Surviving in addition to his wife are daughters, Angela Pulliam Adcock of Buffalo Junction and Crystal Gayle Pulliam of Clarksville; mother, Gertrude Thomas Pulliam of Oxford, NC; sisters and brothers-in-law, Tammy and Bobby Overby of Nelson, Sylvia and Joe Patterson of Oxford, NC., Patricia and Wayne Curin, Dorothy and Woodrow Ramsey, Nancy Wilson, and Betty and Willie Williamson, all of Stovall, NC. Grandsons Michael and Bradlee Adcock; granddaughters, Heather Stone, Kelsey and Samantha Moorefield; two nieces and nine nephews also survive Rommie. He was predeceased by his father Rommie Franklin Pulliam, Sr; brother, David Ray Pulliam; and nephew, Brian Ashley Wilson.
