Ronnie Carl Riddle

Ronnie Carl Riddle of South Boston, VA, passed away Thursday, July 8, 2021, at the age of 64. He was born on December 10, 1956 in Halifax County to the late Percy and Thelma Saunders Riddle. Ronnie was retired from Rice & Sons, where he worked as a mechanic. He also was a musician and loved playing with the Easy Street Band. He attended Republican Grove Baptist Church. Cherishing his memory will be his wife of 45 years, Phyllis “Hope” Riddle; daughters, April Riddle (Matthew), Angie Nester (Phil); son, Robert Wilkerson, Jr.; grandchildren, Parker Martin, Kyle Anderson, Emily Seate, Scott Nester, Justin Chenault, Tyler Lacks, Ashley Lacks; 7 great grandchildren and siblings, Lurlene Ingram and Buddy Riddle. Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Lisa Ennemoser and a brother, Ray Riddle. Graveside services will be held at 3 P.M. on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at Glenwood Church Cemetery with the Reverends Walter Yancey and Devin Snead officiating. The family will receive friends anytime at the home and from 4-9 PM on Saturday July 10th at the home of Phil and Angie Nester, located at 1061 John B. Scott Trail, Scottsburg, VA 24589.
