Samuel Joseph "Joe" Mullins

Mr. Samuel Joseph “Joe” Mullins of 1015 Markey Trail, Alton died Sunday, April 10 at the age of 46. He was born in Harve De Grace, MD on August 24, 1964 to Mary Catherine French and the late Bobby Joe Mullins. Mr. Mullins was a member of Victory Baptist Church and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Survivors include his mother, Mary Catherine French and “Dad”, William Kelly French, of Alton; daughters, Lisa Marie Armstrong and husband, Grayson of Greeneville, TN, and Bobbi Jo Mullins of the home; step daughter, Tiffany Pierce of Danville; grandmother, Yvonne Bishop of Cardiff, MD; sisters, Kathy Jones & husband, Larry of Alton and Debbie French and fiancé, Kenny Willimas of Alton; brothers, Bill French of Gretna, and Labon French of Dallas, TX; grandchild, Atom Chaos Armstrong; step grandchildren, Nataliee and Jeramiah Moore; and close friend, Al Pierce. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Joe Mullins. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 13 at 2 PM at Victory Baptist Church with burial following in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12 PM until 2 PM at Victory Baptist Church and at other times at the home, 1015 Markey Trail, Alton.
