Sharon Jeanette Yelton

South Boston - Sharon Jeanette Yelton, 61, of South Boston died on Monday, March 9th. She was born in Washington, D.C. on May 11, 1958, daughter of the late Charles Yelton and the late Viola Yelton. Sharon is survived by her daughter, Christina G. Heddings (Mark) of South Boston, VA and son, Philip D. Pigg (Catherine) of Midland Park, NJ and five grandchildren; Alyssa Heddings, Brandon Heddings, Spencer Pigg, Russell Pigg, and Ashley Pigg; siblings Michael Yelton of Haymarket, VA and Nicole Jantze of Seattle, WA. A gathering of friends will be held on Saturday, March 14th from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Brooks Lyon Funeral Home in South Boston, VA.
