Sonia Lee Allen

Sonia Lee Allen, 68, formerly of Davidsonville, MD, died suddenly on Sunday, January 19, 2014. Ms. Allen was born in Stotesbury, WV and was the daughter of the late Otis L. Davis and Marie L. Brady. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Robert C. Allen and her half-brother, Basil E. Hall, Jr. Ms. Allen worked for the National Science Foundation in Washington, D.C. and the Anne Arundel County School System. She enjoyed knitting, quilting, crocheting, sewing, card making and jewelry making. Her passion was her family. Ms. Allen is survived by her son, Robert A. Allen and his wife, Shawn, of Edgewater, MD, daughter, Tomika M. Allen, of Davidsonville, MD, and grandson, Duane R. Allen, of Edgewater, MD. Services will be private.
