Stormy Sims Mullins

BUFFALO JUNCTION, VA. Stormy Ann Sims Mullins, passed away February 8, 2016 at the age of 55. She was born in Raysall, WV on March 16, 1960 to Burbage Blankenship and Nancy Carol Sims Ikard. She was a graduate of Iaeger High School in Iaeger, WV and received her nursing degree from Vance-Granville Community College.Stormy was a RN in the Intensive Care Unit of Granville Health System for many years. Mrs. Mullins was preceded in death by her husband, Audie Dwayne Mullins.She is survived by her parents and her son, Jesse Mullins, of Chase City, VA.She is also survived by sisters, Carol Ann Brown, Susan McDaniel, Celeste Brookshire, Sharon Prince and April Roberts, as well as brothers, Billy Sims, John Lewis Sims and Dr. Gene Sims. Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, February 10, 2016 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home, Clarksville, VA.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 11, 2016 in the chapel at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home, Clarksville, VA followed by interment at the Mullins Family Cemetary, Buffalo Junction, VA.
