Thelma Babcock Green

Clarksville, VA- Mrs. Thelma Babcock Green, wife of Francis Lavern Green, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2019, at the age of 90. She was born on October 17, 1928, in Hornell, NY, to the late Arlo and Lena Brizzie Babcock. Mrs. Green was very involved in the Methodist church and loved doing mission work with several traveling RV Mission groups that did charitable projects throughout the country. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Eric Green of Alexandria, VA and Cynthia Green of Ashburn, VA. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Jamieson Memorial United Methodist Church. Interment will be at Rural Cemetery in Hornell, NY.
