Timmie Lane Poole

Chase City, VA Timmie Lane Poole, husband of Penni Huskey Poole, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, January 18, 2021, at the age of 61. Timmie was born on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 1959, to the late Melvin Green Poole and Eva Talley Poole. He was the youngest of four boys and was preceded in death by two older brothers, Arthur and Arnold Poole, as well as a special cousin, Don Talley. Timmie graduated from Bluestone Senior High in 1978. He worked mostly as a diesel mechanic over the years and had been employed with the wonderful people at Lanco Paving for the past 24 years. Timmie had a love for the outdoors, his family, his friends, and his special little dog, Cupcake. He is survived by his wife, Penni and son, Jeff, of the home; two daughters, Heather Walker (Matthew) of Franklinville, NC and Dana Flick (Rick) of Snow Camp, NC; three beloved grandsons, Lane and Colton Walker and Dale Flick. He is also survived by his brother, Stevie Poole, Sr. (Donna) and two special nephews, Tommy Poole (Kim) and Stevie Poole, Jr. (Michelle), as well as other loved nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 22 at Buffalo Baptist Church with the Reverend Rodney Barwick and the Reverend Chet Bergeron officiating.
