Urban ''Scotty'' Koenig Franken, Jr.

Urban ''Scotty'' Koenig Franken, Jr., 67, died Wednesday, June 9, 2004. Mr. Franken, born in Richmond, served in the National Guard during the Vietnam era, and was retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad. Surviving are his loving sisters, Patricia Anne Robertson and Linda Franken Long; daughters and sons-in-law, Sheila K. and Wesley Rawls; Susan K. and Erik Milliken; son, Scott Koenig Franken; grandchildren Summer, Riley, and Hannan, all of Virginia Beach. A host of cousins, other relatives and friends also survive him. The family will receive friends, Saturday, June 19th from Noon until 2 pm at Scotty's home, after the spreading of ashes.
