Vickie Frazier Dickerson

HALIFAX, VA. Mrs. Vickie Frazier Dickerson of 1103 Marion’s Trail, Halifax died Thursday, Dec.18, 2014, at the age of 59. She was born in Halifax County on Aug. 26, 1955 to the late Douglas Bruce Frazier Sr. and late Janie Wilborn Frazier. She was married to Tony Lynn Dickerson. Mrs. Dickerson was a member of Buffalo Baptist Tabernacle. She formerly worked at Halifax Regional Hospital as a pharmacy tech for 10 years. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Jenny Dickerson Nelson, and husband Chris of South Boston; two granddaughters, Morgan Elizabeth Nelson and Miley Elaine Nelson, of South Boston; two sisters, Patricia D. Frazier and Tammy F. Ingram, and husband Tony of South Boston; one brother, Douglas B. Frazier Jr., and wife Kelly of Wake Forest, North Carolina; one brother-in-law, David B. Dickerson, and wife Betty of Halifax; three nieces and one nephew. A private memorial service will be held later. Those wishing to give memorials are asked to consider the Halifax County Cancer Association and Halifax Regional Hospice.
