Vickie Ramsey Macintyre

Killeen, TX (formerly of Buffalo Junction, VA) - Vickie Ramsey MacIntyre, 57, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2016 in Temple, TX.She was born on November 4, 1958 and is the daughter of Washington and Nell Ramsey of Buffalo Junction, VA.She is survived by her husband, James MacIntyre, and daughter, Elizabeth Poole, both of Killeen, TX.Vickie is also survived by her brother and his wife, Thomas and Joyce Ramsey of Clarksville and by her sister, Faye Middleton of Buffalo Junction.She is loved by many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and a big ole dog named “Taz”. Vickie graduated from Bluestone High School, received her nursing degree from Danville School of Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Averett University.She worked at Danville Memorial Hospital in Danville, VA as Head Nurse of ICU and CCE and later at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, TXas the Head of Nursing in the Oncology/Hematology Clinic.
