Vicky Lee Burton

Vicky Lee Burton of South Boston passed away at her residence on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at the age of 65. She was born in Halifax County, VA on January 21, 1957 to the late William Burton and Rita Compton Burton, who survives.

She was a beloved mother and grandmother that will be dearly missed.

In addition to her mother, Rita, she is survived by her children, Christopher Seamster (Linda Gayle) and Rebecca Anderson (Kyle); grandchildren, Christen Seamster (Stephen Comer, fiance), McKenna Anderson, Kennedy Anderson and Cole Seamster; and a brother, Bill Burton.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Monday, October 24, 2022 at Brooks Lyon Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ray Perkins officiating. Burial will follow at Asbury Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, 1-2 PM at Brooks Lyon Funeral Home.
