Victor Blaine

Clarksville, VA - Victor Blaine, Jr. passed away Thursday, December 7, 2017 at the age of 86. He was born in Butler, Kentucky on April 19, 1931 to the late Alma Staples Blaine and Victor Blaine, Sr. Victor served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Western Kentucky University. After moving to Clarksville in 1960, Victor worked for 20 years at Burlington Industries as a superintendent and then for an additional 8 years at Aarons Creek Farms. He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, two grandchildren, one great grandchild and a brother. A graveside service with military rites will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Oakhurst Cemetery. The Reverend Joey Tucker will officiate.
