Wallace Ray Jones

Clarksville, VA - Wallace Ray Jones, age 66, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018. He was born in Granville County, NC on March 9, 1952 to the late Guilford Ned and Nellie Wilbourne Jones. Wallace was a truck driver for 40 years. He attended Nelson Baptist Church in Nelson, VA. Mr. Jones is survived by his life companion Joni Ayers; son William Brian Jones (Kari) of Benton, WI; sister Lorraine Nordan of Hillsborough, NC; brothers and their wives Glenn and Shirley Ann Jones of Henderson, NC, Mark and Sharon Jones of Clarksville, VA and three grandchildren, Kenzie, Brianna and Lydia. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Marshall Jones. Funeral services will be held at 3 pm on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Nelson Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
