William Lacy Beadles

VERNON HILL Mr. William Lacy Beadles, husband of Joyce Shannon Williams Beadles of Vernon Hill passed away Sunday, July 14, 2019 at the age of 92. He was born in Halifax County on January 19, 1927 to the late Archie Dale Beadles and Victoria Wesley Clay. Lacy loved music, his cats and most of all, his wife and children. He was a handyman; he could fix anything. Left behind to cherish his memories are his wife, Joyce; children, Linda Beadles of Henderson, NC, Ronnie Beadles and wife, Kathy of Keysville, Vickie Beadles of Henderson, NC , and Elizabeth Intermoia and husband, Stefano of Delaware; grandchildren, Joshua and wife, Hannah of Keysville, Jennifer of Farmville, Anthony of Delaware and Gabriella of Delaware; and numerous family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Maggie, Louella and Adele; and brother, Morrelle. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, July 18 at Amelia Veterans Cemetery Chapel with military honors in Amelia, Virginia.Interment will be in the Amelia Veterans Cemetery.
