William Ray Harman

NATHALIE - Mr. William Ray Harman of Nathalie passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at the age of 77. He was born in Halifax Co., VA on July 21, 1942 the son of the late John Milton Harman and the late Veda Mae Hall Harman. William was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a truck driver. Mr. Harman is survived by his wife, Edith Rebecca Davis Harman; nephews, John Harman and Dale McKinney; and several other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, John Milton Harman, Jr., Carl Harman, and Luther Harman, and sisters, Estelle McKinney and Juanita Harman. Following his wishes, a private family service will be held at a later date. The family requests memorials be made to the Halifax Co. Cancer Association, PO Box 1891, Halifax, VA 24558.
