William Brann Tuck

Mr. William Brann Tuck, Sr. of 4052 Kingwoods Rd., Virgilina passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at the age of 58. He was born in Halifax Co. on April 4, 1951 to Cecil Wilson Tuck and the late Benjamin Pool Tuck, Jr.. He was a crane operator and a member of Florence Ave. Baptist Church. Mr. Tuck is survived by his mother of Virgilina; son, William Brann Tuck, Jr. of Virgilina; daughter, Kristie Lynne Tuck of Virgilina; brother, Wilson lane Tuck of Virgilina; sisters, Wanda Tuck Day and Winnie B. Tuck, both of Davidson, NC; companion, Sherry Tart of Virgilina; a niece, a nephew, a great niece, and a great nephew. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 15 at 4:00 PM at Florence Ave. Baptist Church with Rev. Jack Stewart and Rev. Norman Talley officiating. Burial will follow in Virgilina Cemetery. the family will receive friends at Brooks Funeral home on Monday, September 14 from 7 until 8:30 PM and at other times at the home.
