Willow Delaney Varner

Willow Delaney Varner went home to be with the Lord and her Mommy on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. Born on February 27, 2017, in Richmond, VA, she was the beautiful daughter of Ben Varner and the late Corrin Roy Varner. Although her life on earth was brief, Willow was deeply loved by many. She was a giving soul with an infectious laugh that loved to help others and often asked to go with her dad to work. She enjoyed gardening with her grandpa, playing outside with her cousins, and absolutely loved doing laundry. Willow loved her kitty cats who even came to visit her during her extended hospital stay.

In addition to her father, those cherishing precious memories of Willow are her paternal grandparents, David and Beverly Varner; maternal grandparents, Michelle Francis and Corey Roy; great grandfather, Phillip Anderson; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 6, 2023, at Bethel Baptist Church with Pastor Lee Benton officiating. The family will receive friends at the church beginning one hour prior to the service.
