Wilma "Lucy" Scott Matthews, 94, Clarksville, Virginia passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014. She was born August 15, 1919 in Jefferson County, Ohio to the late Winfield and Elsie Noble Scott. Lucy was a homemaker and cherished her cats. Lucy is survived by daughter Nokomas "Nicky" M. Farmer Joe of Clarksville; son Terry Leon Matthews Naomi of Ohio; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Raymond Matthews and grandson Walker Scott Farmer. Funeral services will be held in New Alexandria Cemetery, Ohio on Friday, April 18, 2014.
