VIRGILINA, VA- James JR Nestor, 30, died on Thursday, August 18, 2016. He was born in Fredericksburg, VA on April 7, 1986 to Brenda Dickerson King and James Brooks.James was a tobacco farmer and owned Nestor Curing Farm. He also had been a logger and was nicknamed “Gear Jammer”. James was known as a kind person who loved his family and friends. James is survived by his wife, Brittney Glasscock Nestor; son, Shannin Nestor; mother, Brenda King; honorary father, Scott Hudson; sisters, Stephanie Pulliam and Kelly Pulliam; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tommie and Dolly Glasscock; brothers-in-law, Steven Newton and Dean Nelson (Jennifer); sister-in-law, Jessica Kittrell (Chris); and thirteen nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas and Helen Dean Dickerson. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, August 22, 2016 at Watkins Cooper Lyon Chapel with the Reverend Sam Brewer and Reverend Norman Tally officiating. Visitation will be held 6:00 – 9:00 PM Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home, Clarksville, VA.
